April 2008, Alpan has been awarded by a recent grant from North Shore Community Arts Council (NSCAC).

March 2008, Kudos to Jae Hi Ahn. Her installation can be viewed at NYU windows at the corner of Broadway and East Tenth Street through April 1st, 2008.

December 2007, Alpan Gallery welcomes Robert J. Kingston, Senior Associate of the Kettering Foundation, to its Board of Directors. A former president of the College Board, Kingston served as Deputy Chairman of the National Endowment for the Humanities in the Nixon, Ford, and Carter Administrations.

September 2007, Kudos to Kathy Goodell. She is awarded $ 1,000 cash for "Best of Show" in Alpan International 2007.

July 2007, "Unlikely Materials" is still creating a buzz in the New York Art World. Elle Can�s impressive review of the past exhibit accompanied with beautiful reproductions is in the summer issue of the M magazine (The New York Art World.com).

June 2007, Ariella Budick of Newsday visited the gallery for the "Vaux" exhibit. The article will appear on Wednesday, June 20th.

June 1, 2007, Kudos to Elizabeth Knowles. Her recent installation at Alpan is now mounted in Saks Fifth�s windows. If you missed to see "The Arc of Doves" at Alpan, you can view it at "Windows on Fifth", an exhibition by Sculptors Guild till June 11th.
